  1. Support does not work, no ripples were credited to the wallet and no one wants to consider anything or at least answer the problem,

  2. The crypt from the lane is not credited to the wallets – it hangs for weeks waiting for some kind of confirmation (there is no such thing on other exchanges)! There is no support as a class: the online operator is offline all the time or is busy and you are 125 in the queue (which means the queue will never reach you). The questions sent in the technical support section are either not answered at all, or they write some kind of dregs that are not to the point!

He throws his clients, the withdrawal does not work normally, the tag is not indicated normally, the funds have not been credited for the 5th day, the support freezes does not solve anything, they do not respond to mail and tickets … Fraudsters, I highly do not recommend this exchange if you do not want to be left without your funds! Of all the exchanges I’ve traded on, this one sucks. They ended up stealing my $300.
